N.Y. Economic Development Law § 195: Reporting

§ 195. Reporting. The commissioner shall, on or before October first,

nineteen hundred eighty-eight and on or before each October first

thereafter, submit a report to the governor and the legislature on the

operation and accomplishments of the industrial effectiveness program.
