N.Y. Education Law § 1206: Contract authority

§ 1206. Contract authority. The center, after consultation with the

committee, is hereby empowered to enter into any agreement or contract

with any private or public agencies, corporations, or individuals

necessary or convenient to carry out the provisions of this article.
