N.Y. Education Law § 1609: Annual report of trustees of certain joint districts

§ 1609. Annual report of trustees of certain joint districts. Where a

common school district lies in two or more counties, its trustees shall

file their annual report in the office of the district superintendent

having jurisdiction over the schools of the town in which the principal

schoolhouse of the district is situated.
