N.Y. Education Law § 2212: Removal of district superintendent from office

§ 2212. Removal of district superintendent from office. A district

superintendent may be removed from office at any time upon the

affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the board of

cooperative educational services, or by the commissioner pursuant to

section three hundred six of this chapter.
