N.Y. Education Law § 2601: Application of article

§ 2601. Application of article. This article shall apply to each city

school district of a city which has less than one hundred twenty-five

thousand inhabitants, according to the latest federal census, except as

otherwise provided in section twenty-six hundred one-a of this chapter

and except as otherwise provided by subdivision nine-a of section

twenty-five hundred two of this chapter.
