N.Y. Education Law § 292: Board of regents to co-operate with federal board

§ 292. Board of regents to co-operate with federal board. The regents

of The University of the State of New York are hereby designated as the

state board for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of

such act, and are hereby authorized and directed to co-operate with the

federal board of vocational education in the administration and

enforcement of its provisions, and to perform such official acts and

exercise such powers as may be necessary to entitle the state to receive

its benefits.
