N.Y. Education Law § 344-a: Pretest questions

§ 344-a. Pretest questions. The test agency shall cooperate with a

study conducted under the auspices of the National Research Council of

the effects of pretesting on test subjects' performance. The results of

such study shall be made available to the chair of the higher education

committee in the senate and the chair of the higher education committee

in the assembly.
