N.Y. Education Law § 3620: Application

§ 3620. Application. Part two of this article applies to all school

districts which receive a quota for the transportation of pupils. It is

not intended by any provision in part two of this article to change or

modify in any manner the provisions of this chapter providing and

granting transportation to all children irrespective of the school they

legally attend.
