N.Y. Education Law § 3708: Bond required of collector or treasurer

§ 3708. Bond required of collector or treasurer. The collector or the

treasurer, if the district has a treasurer, of each of such school

districts shall execute and file with the supervisor of such town a bond

of twice the amount of such apportionment with sufficient sureties, to

be approved by such supervisor.
