N.Y. Education Law § 409-l: Posting child abuse hotline telephone number

§ 409-l. Posting child abuse hotline telephone number. 1. Every public

school including charter schools shall post in English and in Spanish

the toll-free telephone number operated by the office of children and

family services to receive reports of child abuse or neglect established

under section four hundred twenty-two of the social services law and

directions for accessing the office of children and family services

website.

2. The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations relating to the

posting required by subdivision one of this section.
