N.Y. Education Law § 4106: Duties of persons in parental relation to Indian children

§ 4106. Duties of persons in parental relation to Indian children.

Any person in parental relation to an Indian child between six and

sixteen years of age in proper physical and mental condition to attend

school, shall cause such child to attend upon instruction as provided in

this article.
