§ 6353. Enforcement. Any violation of this article shall constitute an
unfair educational practice pursuant to section three hundred thirteen
of this chapter. Any student alleging a violation of this article may
commence an administrative or judicial proceeding pursuant to section
three hundred thirteen of this chapter.
