N.Y. Education Law § 6608-c: Exempt persons

§ 6608-c. Exempt persons. Nothing in this article shall be construed

to affect or prevent a student from engaging in any procedure authorized

under section sixty-six hundred eight of this article in clinical

practice as part of a course of study approved by the department

pursuant to subdivision four of section sixty-six hundred eight-b of

this article.
