N.Y. Education Law § 7902: Practice of occupational therapy and use of title "occupational therapist"

§ 7902. Practice of occupational therapy and use of title

"occupational therapist". Only a person licensed or otherwise authorized

to practice under this article shall practice occupational therapy or

use the title "occupational therapist".
