§ 8803. The practice of and use of the title "licensed behavior

analyst" or "certified behavior analyst assistant". Only a person

licensed, certified or exempt under this article shall practice applied

behavior analysis. Only a person licensed or certified under this

article shall use the titles "licensed behavior analyst" or "certified

behavior analyst assistant."
