N.Y. Energy Law § 11-110: Reporting; cooperation of other agencies

§ 11-110. Reporting; cooperation of other agencies. 1. The secretary

of state shall report yearly to the legislature and the governor as to

the operation and effectiveness of the state energy conservation

construction code.

2. Agencies and municipalities of the state shall provide the

secretary of state with such cooperation and assistance as he or she may

deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this article.
