N.Y. Energy Law § 16-109: Conflicts with other laws

§ 16-109. Conflicts with other laws. Nothing in this article or in any

regulation adopted pursuant to this article shall limit, impair, or

supersede the provisions of subdivision one of section three hundred

eighty-three of the executive law or the provisions of subdivision three

of section 11-103 of this chapter.
