N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 21-0111: Inconsistent provisions

§ 21-0111. Inconsistent provisions.

No provision of the Public Health Law and no provision of the

Environmental Conservation Law, if such provision of the Environmental

Conservation Law was derived from a provision of the Public Health Law,

which is inconsistent with the provisions of the New England Interstate

Water Pollution Control Compact shall be applicable to the New England

Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission or to any matter governed

by the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Compact.
