N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 21-0315: Inconsistent provisions

§ 21-0315. Inconsistent provisions.

No provision of the Public Health Law and no provision of the

Environmental Conservation Law, if such provision of the Environmental

Conservation Law was derived from a provision of the Public Health Law,

which is inconsistent with the provisions of the Ohio River Valley Water

Sanitation Compact shall be applicable to the commission or to any

matter governed by the Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Compact.
