N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 21-1311: Prior project approval

§ 21-1311. Prior project approval.

No project requiring license, permit or other approval by any agency

or officer of this state, or any subdivision thereof, shall be given any

final license, permit or approval, by such agency or officer of this

state if such project requires approval of the Susquehanna river basin

commission pursuant to this compact and such approval has not been

given.
