N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 23-2305: Regulations of the commissioner

§ 23-2305. Regulations of the commissioner.

The commissioner shall, after holding a public hearing with due

notice, promulgate rules and regulations governing used oil collectors

and rerefiners, in conformance with article twenty-seven of this

chapter, to carry out the requirements of this title.
