N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 24-0511: Local freshwater wetlands protection procedures in the Adirondack park

§ 24-0511. Local freshwater wetlands protection procedures in the

Adirondack park.

Except for section 24-0509, this title shall not apply to freshwater

wetlands protection laws or ordinances adopted by towns or villages with

respect to their territories within the Adirondack park. Such laws or

ordinances are governed by title eight of this article.
