N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 25-0102: Declaration of policy

§ 25-0102. Declaration of policy.

It is declared to be the public policy of this state to preserve and

protect tidal wetlands, and to prevent their despoliation and

destruction, giving due consideration to the reasonable economic and

social development of the state.
