N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 27-0307: Waste transporter permit revocation notifications

§ 27-0307. Waste transporter permit revocation notifications.

After the issuance of an order of suspension or revocation of the

permit of a waste transporter, the department shall publish notice of

such suspension or revocation in a newspaper or newspapers having a

general circulation in the area or areas served by the permittee and in

the environmental notice bulletin published by the department. Such

notice shall include a statement that the permittee is no longer

licensed or permitted to handle such waste. The department shall publish

such notice once each week for two consecutive weeks with the first

publication to be completed on or before the fifteenth day following

such revocation or suspension.
