N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 40-0119: Trade secret information

§ 40-0119. Trade secret information.

Disclosure to the public by the department of any information required

to be provided under this article which is claimed to be a trade secret

or confidential business information, shall be treated as such pursuant

to the provisions of the freedom of information law (article six of the

public officers law).
