N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 43-0123: Environmental review

§ 43-0123. Environmental review.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, rule or regulation to the

contrary, the commission shall be deemed to be a state agency for

purposes of article 8 of this chapter. The commission shall offer

assistance to local agencies within the park regarding implementation of

such article.
