N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 49-0107: Assistance of other agencies

§ 49-0107. Assistance of other agencies.

To effectuate the purposes of this article, the department may request

and receive from any other department, division, board, bureau,

commission or other agency of the state or any political subdivision

thereof or any public authority such assistance, information and data as

will enable the department properly to carry out its powers and duties

hereunder.
