§ 54-1501. Definition.

For purposes of this title, "climate smart community projects" shall

mean adaptation and mitigation projects, including flood mitigation and

coastal and riparian resiliency, greenhouse gas reductions outside the

power sector and climate change adaptation planning, and clean vehicle

projects.
