§ 56-0109. Sale of bonds; certain limitations.
Notwithstanding any other section of law, no money received by the
state from the sale of bonds pursuant to the Clean Water/Clean Air Bond
Act of 1996 shall be used to fund any project committed to by the state
in any agreement with New York city regarding the New York city
watershed.
