§ 56-0601. Allocation of monies.

Of the monies received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to

the Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996, two hundred thirty million

dollars ($230,000,000), of which five million dollars ($5,000,000) shall

be available for diesel-fueled school bus retrofit equipment projects,

shall be used to fund air quality projects as set forth in this title.
