N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 56-0607: Other air quality projects

§ 56-0607. Other air quality projects.

Of monies received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to the

Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996, up to twenty million dollars

($20,000,000) shall be available for disbursements for air quality

projects pursuant to this section.

The commissioner is authorized in consultation with other state

agencies as may be necessary, to make state assistance payments or to

enter into contracts in the name of the state for projects that will

enhance the quality of the state's environment and the state's air

quality.
