§ 71-0712. Timber theft and trespass education-training.

Within such funds as may be specifically appropriated therefor, the

commissioner is hereby authorized to seek the cooperation and assistance

of the attorney general's office and the office of court administration

to develop and provide educational-training programs for municipal

justice courts, district attorneys and law enforcement agencies in

relation to the control and prosecution of timber theft and trespass.
