N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 71-0901: Applicability of title

§ 71-0901. Applicability of title.

In addition to the provisions of sections 71-0101, 71-0301 and title 5

of this article the provisions of this title shall be applicable to the

enforcement of articles 11 and 13 of this chapter. This title shall

also apply to enforcement undertaken pursuant to the functions, powers,

duties and obligations of the Department of Environmental Conservation

provided for in section 41-0105.
