N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 71-1109: Enforcement of subdivisions 1 and 4 of section 15-0507

§ 71-1109. Enforcement of subdivisions 1 and 4 of section 15-0507.

1. Any owner violating subdivision 1 of section 15-0507 or any

regulations promulgated pursuant thereto may be liable for a penalty not

to exceed five hundred dollars for each and every offense; every

violation of such subdivision shall be a separate and distinct offense;

and in case of a continuing violation, every day's continuance thereof

shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.

2. Any owner violating subdivision 4 of section 15-0507 may be liable

for a penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars for each and every

offense; every violation of an order referred to in such subdivision

shall be a separate and distinct offense; and in case of a continuing

violation, every day's continuance thereof shall be deemed a separate

and distinct offense.
