§ 71-1115. Enforcement of section 15-1525.

Any person violating the provisions of section 15-1525 shall be guilty

of a violation punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand

dollars, and in addition thereto, shall be liable for a civil penalty of

not more than fifteen hundred dollars.
