§ 71-1121. Enforcement of subdivision 2 of section 15-1947.

Violation of subdivision 2 of section 15-1947 shall constitute a

violation, punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars,

and in addition thereto, a civil penalty of not more than fifteen

hundred dollars.
