§ 71-4405. Unlawful release of regulated medical waste in the fourth
degree.
A person is guilty of unlawful release of regulated medical waste in
the fourth degree when such person with criminal negligence, engages in
conduct which causes the release to the environment of regulated medical
waste.
Unlawful release of regulated medical waste in the fourth degree is a
class B misdemeanor.
