N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 9-0111: Delegation of authority to license guides

§ 9-0111. Delegation of authority to license guides.

The commissioner may delegate the authority to administer the

licensing of guides pursuant to section 11-0533 of this chapter to the

office of public protection.
