N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 9-0809: Public participation

§ 9-0809. Public participation.

To assure that all segments of the public have an opportunity to

participate in the development of the plan, the planning program will be

conducted with a structured program of public participation. The

department shall establish procedures to keep the public informed about

the planning process and to provide opportunities for the public to

contribute to that process.
