N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 9-0813: Assistance from state agencies

§ 9-0813. Assistance from state agencies.

The department is authorized to seek assistance from the professional

staff of other state agencies when the expertise of the staff of such

other state agency is needed for the development of the plan. Nothing

in this title shall alter or supercede section eight hundred one of the

executive law.
