N.Y. Executive Law § 160-ee: Supervision of central dispatch facilities

§ 160-ee. Supervision of central dispatch facilities. A central

dispatch facility shall, with respect to the provisions of this article,

be subject to the supervision and oversight of the department and the

local licensing authority, if any, as provided in this article.
