N.Y. Executive Law § 439: Filing and availability of rules and regulations

§ 439. Filing and availability of rules and regulations. A copy of

every rule and regulation adopted and promulgated by the commission

shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state before it shall

become effective and copies thereof shall be made available to the

various municipalities operating under the bingo licensing law.
