N.Y. Executive Law § 523-a: Definitions

§ 523-a. Definitions. As used in this subtitle:

1. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the office of children and

family services.

2. "Director" means the director of the office of the ombudsman.

3. "Office" means the office of children and family services.
