N.Y. Executive Law § 72: When costs payable to relator

§ 72. When costs payable to relator. Where security is given by

relator in an action brought by the attorney-general on the relation or

information of a person having an interest, all costs and disbursements

taxed in favor of the plaintiff shall be payable to the relator.
