N.Y. Executive Law § 837-q: Payments to Westchester county for policing special parkways

§ 837-q. Payments to Westchester county for policing special parkways.

The commissioner of the division of criminal justice services is hereby

authorized and directed, pursuant to annual appropriations, to make

payments to Westchester county for costs associated with policing

special parkways as defined in subdivision two of section seventy of the

transportation law.
