N.Y. Executive Law § 846: Programs for the aging

* § 846. Programs for the aging. To provide that the interests of the

elderly are sufficiently represented in the considerations of the local

criminal justice coordinating councils, as may be formed pursuant to the

federal omnibus crime control and safe streets act of nineteen hundred

sixty-eight, as amended, such councils shall include at least one member

who is a representative of persons aged sixty and over.
