N.Y. Executive Law § 943: Utilization of other agency assistance

§ 943. Utilization of other agency assistance. To effectuate the

purposes of this article, any department, division, board, bureau,

commission or agency of the state or of any political subdivision

thereof shall, at the request of the council, provide to the council

such facilities, assistance and data as will enable the council properly

to carry out its powers and duties.
