N.Y. Family Court Act § 1022-a: Preliminary orders; notice and appointment of counsel

§ 1022-a. Preliminary orders; notice and appointment of counsel. At a

hearing held pursuant to section one thousand twenty-two of this part at

which the respondent is present, the court shall advise the respondent

and any non-respondent parent who is present of the allegations in the

application and shall appoint counsel for each in accordance with

section two hundred sixty-two of this act, unless waived.
