N.Y. General Business Law § 28: Limitation

§ 28. Limitation. Sections twenty-five, twenty-six and twenty-seven

hereof shall apply only to cities of the first class and do not repeal

or supersede the provisions of chapter thirty-two, title B, article

twenty-one of the administrative code of the city of New York.
