N.Y. General Business Law § 392-j: Sales of sparkling devices

§ 392-j. Sales of sparkling devices. 1. Sales of sparkling devices as

defined in subparagraph (vi) of paragraph (a) of subdivision one of

section 270.00 of the penal law shall be lawful only for business

registered by the state under section one hundred fifty-six-h of the

executive law between June first and July fifth or from December twenty-

sixth through January second of each year.

2. Failure to comply with this section shall be deemed an offense as

defined in subdivision two of section 270.00 of the penal law.
